Due to compliance and simplicity, no Loan Officer can get paid both W-2 and 1099.

Utmost, LLC allows you to work from home in most states, but this varies depending on the state requirements.

Most of our lenders are licensed nationwide, and we have 200+ lenders on our list right now.

You will be an Independent Loan Officer and are commission-only. Therefore, there is no healthcare, 401k, paid time off, or holiday benefits provided.

Utmost, LLC will cover the sponsorship fee up to 3 states. You will be paying the application fee for all states you want to be licensed in.

Yes! As long as disclosed in NMLS and to your employer, most outside employment is allowed. If you are in an affiliated business, there are additional disclsoures required for clients. Be sure to disclose all employment on your MU4 in NMLS, to Employers, and most importantly, to Consumers!

Basis Points are a way to measure a percentage of the loan, typically used for commissions to loan officers. 100BPS = 1.00% of the Loan Amount!

No, you can get a license in any green state.

No, we do not have a commission cap in our agreement or for any in house loans. When brokering to other lenders be sure to check if they have a maximum!

Log in to NMLS and Grant Access Right to UTMOST, LLC

STEP 2

Remove your relationship with your current employer, put an end date to your prior employment, and submit a new MU4 to add UTMOST, LLC as your employer.

STEP 3

Request NMLS Sponsorship from Utmost (NMLS # 2659223). Utmost will be notified and proceed to sponsor you.

STEP 4

Resolve any Active License Items that the state will ask you. (You must log in and check NMLS regularly and clear the requests from the state. Once complete, it will take the regulator around 5-7 days to approve.)
